PSA- You need more fiber. I've been using these prebiotic fiber gummies for a while now, and overall I've had a very positive experience. In those situations, I personally find fiber powders to be a bit more effective. However, that's not really the purpose of these gummies—they're designed to help maintain digestive health and regularity over time, and I think they do that well. The gummies tend to stick together in the bottle, especially once I've gotten about halfway through it. I've found that storing the bottle upside down helps prevent them from clumping too much and makes them easier to grab. Overall, these are a great option if you're looking for a tasty, convenient fiber supplement that's easy to stick with long term.
